Thank you for your interest in our Work Exchange Program.
Our work exchange is more than just a stay, it’s a sacred and reciprocal co-creation. We are calling in passionate, heart-led individuals who feel inspired to share their gifts and contribute meaningfully to our growing sanctuary in Costa Rica.
We welcome skills and offerings in areas such as:
Art and creative expression
Yoga classes and healing arts
Herbalism, plant medicine, and natural wellness
Reiki, energy work, and astrology
Photography, videography, and content creation
Social media, digital marketing, and storytelling
Any modality that helps uplift our community and supports the sanctuary’s mission
We ask for 12-14 service hours during the retreat to fulfill this reciprocal exchange.
In exchange for your offerings, you’ll receive:
Access to the Retreat & Retreat Space (yoga classes, workshops,
Shared Accommodation
3 in-house plant-based meals during the weekday (Monday-Friday)
One 45-60min massage
Discounted entry to Tirimbina Biological reserve
Space to explore, share and serve with your gifts and passions
Opportunities to explore the natural beauty of Costa Rica
A heart-centered environment for reflection, connection, and healing
An opportunity to live intentionally, reconnect with nature, and be part of a conscious community dedicated to growth, healing, and service
