The History

The Virtual Yogi Circle was born in 2020, during a time when the world was being asked to slow down, listen inward, and remember the power of community beyond physical space. What began as a simple gathering space for connection, reflection, and shared practice has grown into a living, breathing circle that continues to evolve alongside the people within it.

From the beginning, this place has been about community and embracing the yogic lifestyle . A place to return to the teachings of yoga as a way of living, not just something we do on the mat. Over the years, the offerings have shifted naturally, responding to the collective needs of the community, the seasons of life, and the deeper call toward sustainable, heart-led living.

The Circle has held many forms: shared reflections, monthly themes, yogic philosophy, astrological insight, embodied practices, journaling, ceremony, and sangha gatherings. Each evolution has been guided by the same intention: to support everyday sadhana, self-study, and remembrance of our inherent wholeness.

Today, the Virtual Yogi Circle remains a soft landing place. A space to stay connected to practice, to community, and to yourself. You are invited not to consume, but to participate. Not to rush, but to cultivate. Not to become someone new, but to gently come home to who you already are.

  • Our weekly movement practice is a live, guided space to explore yogic movement in alignment with the theme of the month. Each class supports embodiment, nervous system regulation, and the conscious integration of the teachings through the body.

    Practices may include slow flow, yin, somatic movement, or intuitive asana — always offered with accessibility, breath awareness, and reverence for where you are. Rather than striving, we move with intention, allowing the body to become a place of listening, integration, and return.

    Classes are live and recorded, ranging from 30 to 60 minutes.

  • Within the Virtual Yogi Circle, astrology is offered as a tool for awareness. The planetary movements are seen as subtle currents that influence our inner and outer landscapes, inviting us into deeper relationship with timing, rhythm, and choice.

    Each month, yogic guidance is shared to help you stay in alignment with the prevailing planetary energies. Each Sangha gathering may include guided practice, gentle inquiry, ritual, or open sharing, allowing what has been moving beneath the surface to be honored and understood.

    Sangha is one of the most essential aspects of yogic living. It reminds us that we are not meant to walk this path alone. Being seen, heard, and held in community softens isolation and strengthens our capacity to stay grounded and heart-led in everyday life.
