Our Day Pass is an invitation to slow down, nourish yourself, and experience the living rhythm of The Yoga Sanctuary—even if just for the day.

Your pass includes one nourishing, intentionally prepared meal and one holistic workshop, offered in alignment with the energy of the sanctuary and the practitioners present. Workshops vary and may include experiences such as cacao ceremony, cycle syncing, sound or gong ceremony, breathwork, or other integrative healing practices. Each offering is unique and guided by what is alive in the space.
