Daily Journey
Day 1 — Arrival & Opening the Heart
Arrive at the Sanctuary, settle into your room, and connect with the community. In the evening we gather for a tea ceremony and intention setting, gentle movement, and a candlelight dinner to open our hearts together.
Day 2 — Orientation & Grounding
Morning sound therapy, yoga, and meditation to root into presence. Orientation session, community walk, and a grounding workshop. Evening burn ceremony for releasing and welcoming.
Day 3 — Air & Expansion
Morning sound therapy with pranayama and expansive heart‑opening practice, followed by a Yoga Sutra workshop on living with love. Afternoon rest and a cacao ceremony to awaken joy and openness. A Bhakti workshop invites us to connect with the source within the center of the heart.
Day 4 — Flow with the Waters
Morning sound therapy, breath, and movement inspired by the element of water. Picnic by the river to embody flow and connection. Explore Tirimbina Biological Reserve to immerse in the living heart of the jungle. Optional evening trip to La Fortuna hot springs for renewal. Evening Yoga Nidra and sound journey for deep inner rest.
Day 5 — Fire of Transformation
Morning sound therapy with a dynamic heart‑centered practice, followed by journaling and reflection. Afternoon space for rest and integration. Evening ceremonial fire circle to release what no longer serves and invite transformation.
Day 6 — Space for Integration
Morning sound therapy leading into restorative practice. Spacious time for reflection, massage, or one‑on‑one heart support. Optional Temescal (sweat lodge) experience — a traditional ceremony using heat, steam, and prayer to cleanse the body, quiet the mind, and reconnect to spirit in community. Following the Temescal, we share in another cacao ceremony to nourish the heart and integrate the experience. Evening closing ceremony to seal the retreat in love.
Day 7 — Departure & Carrying the Flame
Final morning sound therapy and sunrise meditation, breakfast together, and loving farewells. Transportation arranged for airport departures.
